By creating an account, signing in, or using ChopsProMax, you agree to these terms and any policies linked from the application.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, managing invited users, assigning appropriate roles, and ensuring that account activity is authorized by your business.
Company, Branch, and User Roles
ChopsProMax supports company workspaces, branch operations, and role-based access. Workspace owners are responsible for branch setup, user permissions, and operational records entered by their teams.
Subscriptions, Trials, Payments, and Billing
Plan access, free trials, upgrades, renewals, invoices, payment verification, cancellations, and feature availability are managed through the billing area and applicable payment providers.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service reliability, upload malicious content, or use ChopsProMax for unlawful business activity.
Data Accuracy Responsibility
Reports and operational outputs depend on the data entered by your team. You are responsible for validating stock counts, purchase records, production results, sales entries, and adjustments.
Operational Intelligence Disclaimer
Recommendations, risk flags, variance insights, and forecasts are decision-support tools. They do not replace professional judgment, physical stock checks, supplier confirmation, or financial review.
Limitations and Termination
To the extent permitted by law, ChopsProMax is not liable for indirect operational losses caused by inaccurate inputs, unavailable third-party services, or misuse. Access may be suspended or terminated for policy violations or unpaid subscriptions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or platform operations change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
